two or three days of working, i found that sleeping over 7 hours , ill get headache , to found this i waste 20 or more years of my life , its hard to found cause coz headache not start morning, but around 4PM it start getting hurt. no matter how u r tired i shd wake up around 7. its big help to use my body. there is no manual how to use our body....
